GOALS

HI READER'S,
Last week has been one complete hell of a week, but most importantly I was able to complete the things I wanted and could accomplish more. so, how was I able to accomplish such feats?
GOALS.
WHAT ARE GOALS ?[1]
WHY DO WE NEED THEM ? [2]
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY GOAL IS ?[3]

Many people know what it is, some think it's a place where a ball goes through and earns a point, some envy about others's goals ,some have goals but don't know how to accomplish it and at last a few don't know what their goal is . In today's blog I will be explaining in detail what a goal is, so without any further delay lets get down to business.

GOAL!! this is not what I meant , although it summarises the whole point of a Goal , we will be talking about personal goals. so what exactly is a goal , if you wikipedia it or google search it you might find something that says "A goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision, plan and commit to achieve. People endeavour to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines".
Goal is something that is so simple but yet so intricate to comprehend, so in my terms A goal is something which is a means to an end , where a goal must follow a certain set of rules:

must be relevant
must be time sensitive
must be able to accomplish it with vigorous commitment.Goals are of mainly three types:

primary goal
long term
short term
PRIMARY GOAL: this types of goals must be long term and must be simple, they must Also be the purpose of your life.
All the decisions you make in your life must be made upon the primary goal. Many have different primary goals for example: I want to be rich, I want to have a luxurious life and so on..... But if that is your purpose in life it doesn't make any sense. Does the richest man/woman on earth want to be more richer than he/she already is? It does not make any sense, does it? So a primary goal must basically the things that you will be known for at the end of your life and must define you as a person and human being. For example my primary goal in life is to leave the world a better place than I found it. It's simple yet so intricate that is a key to a good primary goal "to keep it simple".

Long-term goal: as now you know what is the role of a primary goal now is the time to learn how you can be efficient and reach the purpose of your life with the benefits of a long-term goal. As the word literally suggests long term, it means that your ambitions and your targets must be fixed on a longer duration because most of the hard tasks I am not accomplished in the day they are nearly impossible so prioritising your work on a longer duration to accomplish something that you want like your primary goal is called a long-term goal. Long-term goal is basically compartmentalising a primary goal.
Short-term goal: like I said in a long-term goal, where it is just compartmentalising a primary goal the same formula applies for the short-term goals too. Here you are compartmentalising your long-term goals. So you can accomplish your long-term goals without working a lot for it this is called smart work.
As you're done reading with the three types of goals now you know that they are interdependent on each other like Dominos, you screw up with the short-term goals , you'll never be able to accomplish your long-term and primary goals in life. Hope you all understand the importance of this topic
